Crystal Brown serves as the Director of Operations at Wellspring Worship Center, overseeing the day-to-day functions that support our ministry’s mission and vision. With a deep love for God, people, and fostering healthy community, she is dedicated to creating environments where individuals can grow spiritually, connect authentically, and serve God plus one another with purpose. In addition to serving at The Well Crystal is also the Founder & Visionary of She Will Not Fail, a women’s ministry and nonprofit organization that she has led since 2019. In her downtime she loves watching The Hunger Games series.
